We are seeking a Senior Pharmacy Care Coordinator to join our team.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm CST, 40 hrs
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Support the Supervisor and a team of pharmacy care coordinators in multiple locations
+ Support Provider based objectives assigned to ensure a Center of Excellence Operations model
+ Create and maintain daily reports
+ Help to facilitate the completion and submission of prior authorizations, handle images, enter data
+ Execute strategy, partner with Operations and Sales and other departmental leaders to develop process, training, monitor key metrics and provide mentoring and coaching
+ Provide exceptional customer service skills when working with Providers and Provider Outreach agents
+ Ensure providers are supported by following escalation through to finish
+ Ensure communication between operations and sales is completed
+ Work as a liaison with operations partners letting them know of any patient or practice issues/concerns
+ All other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of customer service experience
+ 1+ years of customer service experience
+ 1+ years of pharmacy related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License or ability to obtain if required by state law
+ Prior Authorization experience
+ IRIS experience
+ MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
