Position Overview:
• Manages inventory targets and supply plans for assigned product lines using OMP/SAP and working with External Manufacturing group and suppliers as appropriate.
• Supports monthly IBP process by creating Supply Review Meeting deck, tracking and reporting PLAN metrics, and inventory glide paths.
• Supports scenario planning by creating scenarios to support Projects, Supply Chain challenges/opportunities, STEMs, EOL (End of Life), LTB (Last Time Buys), etc.
• Supports New Product Introduction (NPI) process by being the POC for site PLAN and overseeing site PLAN activities are tracking on time or escalate as appropriate.
• Supports SAP Master Data/Document maintenance for PLAN.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, execute, and manage the daily planning to achieve customer service, LIFR and inventory goals.
• Develop intimately deep cross site and cross functional relationships and communication with Suppliers, Demand Planning, Sales, Customer Service, and Distribution/ Logistics to adjust plans for changes in forecast or actual supply or customer orders.
• Demonstrate comfortability with creating and managing complex business scenarios.
• Manage and proactively communicate supply status and critical supply chain metrics. Perform ad-hoc analytical analysis, recognize issues, develop plan for resolution, and implement and / or influence the support of key partners to aid implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with presentation of information.
• Work with plants, sourcing partners and internal cross-functional organizations to improve product cycle time and increase supply flexibility and reliability.
• Assess and manage partner capacity requirements and capabilities as applicable.
• Ensure appropriate inventory levels utilizing entitlement modeling and identify and drive minimization of write-offs.
• Represent and make supply commitments on behalf of supply chain organization on New Product Launches and Product Extensions while assuming POC/Lead for PLAN site activities.
• Effectively manage phase in and phase out or product changes.
• Review, approve, and coordinate implementation of Document Change Orders and maintain PLAN SAP master data.
• Communication with WW partners with respect to Supply Capabilities and projected output.
• Key stakeholder in Global Sales and Operations Planning Process.
• Participate in Global Supply Chain initiatives.
• Responsible for timely and correct supply towards our affiliates / customers, monitors effectiveness of the team activities, and acts as a supply chain coordinator to push improvements.
• Manage Purchase Orders including changes and exception handling.
• Monitor, prepare, and publish Weekly / Monthly PLAN metrics including Supplier & Shipment Performance Metrics. Qualifications:
• University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience.
• Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS) desirable.
• 5 Years related experience.
• 5 years of combined Planning (Supply/Demand), NPI (New Product Introduction) Inventory Management, and Supply Chain experience required.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.

• Working knowledge of financial processes preferred.
• Proficient user of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required

Travel Requirements: 5% travel domestically and internationally.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900. California Bay Area - The anticipated base pay range for this position is $89,000 to $140,185.
This position is eligible for a 9% annual bonus : - The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
