S³ has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries: KBFS- provides aviation pilot training, heavy lift, aircraft maintenance, and related aircraft services to Government and commercial requirements IAW multiple FAA certifications; S3I- OCONUS FMS technical services, maintenance, and aviation platform training; and, GLSS- SCA/CBA contract aviation.

S3 Inc. is seeking a Senior Pricing Analystto join the corporate Contracts team at our HQ in Cummings Research Park, Huntsville, AL. This is a newly created position due to rapid growth in both our government and commercial sectors.

Description:

The Senior Pricing Analyst works under the supervision and general direction of the Director of Contracts in support of designated Business Development, Finance, Contracts, and/or Proposal Manager(s) to develop complex CONUS and OCONUS cost/pricing solutions (typically FFP, FPLOE, CPAF, CPFF, T&M, or LH) responding to time sensitive requirements of Governmental, Federal Prime, and Commercial clients' Requests for Quote, Requests for Pricing, or other cost/pricing related submissions.

Responsibilities:

Develops prime and subcontract cost/pricing proposals compliant for DoD/Federal Agency contracts utilizing existing cost/pricing models.

Develops new cost/pricing models for all phases of the proposal process from proposal strategy through negotiations and execution.

Develops sanitized and un-sanitized cost/pricing narratives/volumes of proposals, to include all required descriptions of direct and indirect costs and the proposed pricing buildup process.

Must be able to develop simple to highly complex Excel Spreadsheets to meet the Government/Prime/Commercial client's cost/pricing requirements.

Ensures cost/price proposals are submitted in accordance with company policies, Government oversight organization (e.g., DCAA) policies, and the requirements of the solicitation.

Supports cost audits as required to prime contractors, the Government, and/or DCAA/DCMA. Duties may require performance beyond normal business hours and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related discipline; Masters' Degree is preferred.

12 or more years of DoD Contracts Pricing experience reflecting increasing responsibilities; can substitute 12 years of Contracts Pricing experience with 5 years of Contract Manager experience at the IDIQ and Task Order level, followed by the last 7 years being Pricing experience.

Must have 3 years of recent experience developing complex DoD CONUS and OCONUS cost analysis and pricing models in high paced environments.

3years of recent experience working in a high paced federal services company with revenue exceeding $50 million per year.

7 years of experience developing and administering complex DoD cost type contract proposals and awards.

5 years of experience pricing Aviation requirements, to include but no limited to maintenance and/or flight training.

5 years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint.

Must be willing and available to travel CONUS and/or OCONUS and have an active US Passport.
