The Procurement team is looking to bring on a Senior Procurement Specialist
This would be a hybrid position looking for someone to start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate costs and contracts with suppliers.
Work cross-functionally with various departments.
Maintain purchase contracts, confidentiality agreements, and purchase/price files.
Approve pricing for order requisitions to suppliers.
Support production planning to ensure delivery of raw material/supplies.
Assist with customer quality assessments and audits.
Analyze trends in the market.
Maintain SAP system, RFQ issue and Quote review requirements
Ability to analyze cost calculation and cost drivers and use them to evaluate, develop and delivery cost reduction strategies
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and process quotations
Establish logical new model cost targets
Achieve cost targets through effective supplier selection and negotiation
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Oracle, Microsoft D365 or another MRP application.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
