Are you passionate about delivering high-quality games that captivate players and drive success? We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead and manage every stage of the product development cycle. In this role, you'll drive new technical projects from concept to release, while continuously refining gameplay to keep players engaged and excited. You'll collaborate across teams, gathering feedback, adapting plans on the fly, and ensuring smooth alignment throughout the process. As a key contributor, you'll also be a mentor and expert resource for other Producers, helping guide them to success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and scope to ensure timely delivery.
- Track progress using collaborative tools and manage project details over long timelines.
- Communicate clear project vision, goals, and objectives to both the team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Art, QA, Narrative, Cinematics, Audio) to facilitate interdepartmental communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with support teams, including Community, Technical Support, HR, Facilities, Marketing, Localization, and IT.
- Identify and allocate resources needed to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Oversee the implementation of assigned features and content, ensuring accountability for timely delivery.
- Manage project dependencies across teams and departments, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Lead post-project reviews and refine processes to improve efficiency, communication, and overall quality.
- Monitor and assess change requests, escalating significant scope changes to leadership.
- Capture key decisions and ensure stakeholders are engaged, driving decision-making to closure.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including management and discipline leads.
- Oversee dependency management, remove blockers, and communicate changes to the project plan.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Mentor and guide other Producers as needed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong background in Game Development or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager leading software development from discovery to release.
- Previous experience with video game development, including completing five development cycles (Pre-production, Production, Post Production, Live support) and shipping of at least five (5) titles. AAA multi-platform game development preferred.
- Experience in areas of specialization (Engineering, Art, Design, Product, Live Operations, or Marketing).
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies and experienced with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience shipping software on multiple platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work transparently with large, cross-discipline teams.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Deep understanding of game development workflows, pipelines, and processes.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence, with a knack for creating reports and visualizations.
- Strong passion for the gaming industry and a desire to create top-quality interactive experiences.
- Ability to create and monitor project schedules, deliver feedback, and drive teams to meet goals and milestones.
- Conflict resolution skills with a calm, compassionate approach in fast-paced environments.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn from challenges and mistakes.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid work settings (onsite and remote).
- Solid financial and business acumen.
This is a hybrid position based out of our Bellevue, WA office.
Please note that the pay range listed in this job posting reflects the full salary range for this position. While we provide this range to offer transparency, our target hiring range typically falls between the minimum and the midpoint, allowing for growth potential within the role.
Total compensation is salary plus an annual bonus potential. When determining an offer amount, many things are taken into consideration such as qualifications, experience, internal equity and work location. We strive to provide competitive and equitable compensation packages to all our employees.
