You will play a key role in shaping their analytics infrastructure and crafting compelling data narratives that drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Use data to identify, structure, and solve critical business challenges, providing insights that lead to informed decisions.Analyze user needs and market trends to guide the development of cutting-edge products.Implement and manage robust tagging strategies across web and mobile platforms, ensuring seamless integration.Build and maintain analytics platforms that support real-time product performance insights.Conduct in-depth audience analysis to uncover patterns and trends that inform product enhancements.Transform complex data analyses into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders.Work closely with product design and user research teams to ensure data-driven insights guide product design.Your Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or equivalent experience.5+ years experience in analytics, with at least 2 years focused on product analytics.Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, executives, and stakeholders.Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, supported by timely and accurate analysis.Proficient in piecing together fragmented information, recognizing patterns, and drawing conclusions from partial data.Proficiency in writing SQL and regular expressions, experimental design (e.g., A/B Testing), and handling large complex datasets.Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases and data warehouses/lakes.Be part of a team that is transforming the healthcare industry through innovative product development and data-driven insights
