This role as aSeniorProduct Managerisresponsible formakingour global financial institutionssuccessfulwithusingPrecisionLender, Q2’scommercialpricing and profitability solution.
The Job At-A-Glance:
In this position you willbe responsible forunderstanding the needs ofglobalfinancial institutionsas it relates to commercial loan pricing, treasury pricing, deposits, and otherincome. You will work with multipleengineeringteams tocreate features and functionality thatdeliver best in class opportunities forrelationship managers and accountholders.
You’llmeet directly withcustomers,software engineers,andsales and success leadership to ensure we are prioritizing the most extensible and innovative initiatives for our business.
You will use your expert knowledge ofcommercial pricing and profitability, the financialindustry,and our business to improve our product.
You will collaborate with others in the organizationtocreate and defend a strategy and roadmap for the core business ofPrecisionLender.
You will know how todeterminewhat success looks like for a project and be able to tie it back tocompany’sgoals.
You will be empowered to listen to our clients’ needs and act on them.
You’llpartner closely with engineering to understand technical trade-offs.You’llpartner closely with UX to understanduser trade-offs.
You’llproactivelyidentifypatterns/trends/opportunities as it relates toPrecisionLender.
You’llbe expected to perform research, communicatevalueand vision, and track the success of your initiatives.

Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or an advanced degree
with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
7+ years of relevant SaaS or Financial Services experience relating to Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Ownership, or Software Engineering is preferred
3+ years of experience or equivalentexpertisein commercial pricing and profitabilityis preferred
A desire to lead as a senior member of the team
Understanding of the SDLC process and the ability to work in an agile environment with bi-weekly releases
Experience working with Jira, Aha,Confluence,Exceland PowerPoint
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
