We are seeking a Senior Product/Systems Analyst to lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, and drive opportunities for improvement. This role will focus on collaborating with Product Owners to deliver product roadmaps and cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will coordinate closely with system developers, business subject matter experts, and technology partners to gather business requirements, drive development and deployment, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $40 - $50/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a Senior Product/Systems Analyst to lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, and drive opportunities for improvement. This role will focus on collaborating with Product Owners to deliver product roadmaps and cutting-edge technology solutions that enhance the mortgage loan process for our customers.
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will coordinate closely with system developers, business subject matter experts, and technology partners to gather business requirements, drive development and deployment, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational analysis to identify current capabilities, opportunities for improvement, and drive prioritization and implementation.
- Collaborate with system developers and subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
- Gather business requirements that affect technology systems and develop solutions through the technology change process.
- Communicate and validate requirements and user stories using use cases, diagrams, and other methodologies to ensure business leaders and executives fully understand.
- Identify and manage stakeholders across functional areas, driving project implementation by understanding key stakeholders' influence on business processes.
- Work effectively within Scrum or Kanban teams, document acceptance criteria, and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain system and user documentation, as well as workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Coordinate testing and user training, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT teams to define when user stories are complete.
- Manage risk assessments and backlog grooming sessions to ensure continuous roadmap planning.
- Assist Product Owners with strategic delivery of product roadmaps.
- Plan, develop, and oversee changes, ensuring accurate test results and successful implementation of requirements.
- Demonstrate behaviors that align with organizational culture and values.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of Agile experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to mentor junior analysts.
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience with data analysis and BI tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools is required.
- Must be a strong team player with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Must be able to work across multiple projects and collaborate with various teams to meet deadlines.
