The Senior Production Supervisor - Quality position is a supervisory leadership role supported by on-the-job training, development, and opportunity for career progression. Senior Production Supervisors are:

What you'll do...
+ Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
+ Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
+ Drive to exceed personal/team/Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership
+ Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams
+ Support peer team by training, coaching and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors.
+ Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives.
You'll have...
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 2+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
+ Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
+ Ability to in being able to work rotating shifts and hours

+ Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
+ Two-way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers
+ Highly committed to continuous improvement applying innovative solutions with a customer first mindset

+ Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively
+ Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others

+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience:
+ Data Analysis, Pp/Ppk
+ CMM
+ PPAP and PSW
+ Dimensional / Blue Light Scanning and Programming
+ Body shop/stamping/paint/subassembly experience preferred
+ Safety and quality experience
+ Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certified
+ Knowledge of constraint management principles
+ Prior experience managing a unionized workforce
+ Strong mechanical background
