In this role, you will be responsible for the global Field Corrective Actions (FCA) process transformation. You will collaborate and coordinate with global cross functional team, and implement required process changes to enable efficient and compliant global FCA process. Think big, and drive required technology solution implementation to set-up future ready FCA process, considering Digital solutions, and end-to-end FCA application.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Provide oversight & expertise for the improvements and transformation needed for global FCA process Provide expertise and guidance in FCA policies and procedures to enable consistent decision making for Corrections and Removal  Works directly with region, OU and enterprise FCA SMEs in collaboration with IT partners to implement Global FCA application Support  audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits. Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex Corrective and Preventative Actions) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external. Ensures the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly. Facilitates uniform standards worldwide and enables best practice sharing, thereby fostering the achievement of company's mission globally. Required Knowledge and Experience: Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Requires broad management knowledge and experience to lead project teams in one department.Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.Nice to Have: Requires strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end FCA process including regulatory report submissions (Ex: 806 reports) and corrections & removal process.  Experience in medical device industry7+ years of experience in FCAExperience in post-market and post-market complaint handlingStrong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross functional partnerStrong communication skills including communication with executive levelsPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. PR) locations (USD):$142,400 - $213,600The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
