This person will be responsible for all capital project planning, capital budgets, and managing projects in the plants from development to implementation. This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing plant projects from development to implementation
- Overseeing the capital and project budgets
- Manage the deadline of all projects and make sure all vendors and personnel involved are giving status updates
- Responsible for ensuring equipment, materials, and personnel are all secured and ready when project is ongoing
- Involved in equipment design and partnering with all engineering/maintenance individuals on equipment issues and concerns
- Constant reporting to plant management and senior leadership on project status' and project updates
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of project, plant, or manufacturing engineering roles
- Experience managing start-up and capital projects
