Senior Project Manager - Stand8

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead high-impact projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy, objectives, and timelines. This role is key to coordinating resources, managing project teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in infrastructure development, including cloud solutions, and deep experience with Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Define, document, and complete complex projects with high visibility and strategic importance.
• Align projects with business objectives and requirements to ensure strategic consistency.
• Adopt and adapt project management methodologies, selecting from predictive or adaptive approaches based on project needs.
• Oversee project control, change management, risk mitigation, development, and testing processes.
• Facilitate transparent communication and report project status, risks, and issues effectively.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues; create and execute contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress, performance, resources, and budget to ensure timely delivery.
• Work closely with Solution Managers to ensure proper staffing for each project phase.
• Perform on-call or after-hours work as required to support project needs.

Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years working in Agile environments.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, and Hybrid methodologies, with strong teamwork and influence capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Technical proficiency in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to define project scope, drive outcomes, and ensure project success.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile practices such as User Stories, TDD, CI/CD, Paired Programming, and Automated Testing.

Education and Certifications

• BA or BS in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP Certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications preferred.

Additional Details
The base salary range for this position is $120K - $140K annually, depending on experience.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
