Senior Project Manager – Highway Transportation

Our client, a highly respected and well-established firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to step into a leadership role immediately. You’ll guide a talented team of engineers while driving project success through client collaboration and expert project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the delivery of transportation and highway projects.
• Engage with clients, staff, and stakeholders to develop innovative project solutions.
• Mentor engineering staff through all phases of design development.
• Oversee QA/QC of technical reports, plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Manage all aspects of transportation projects, including schedules, budgets, contracts, and invoicing.
• Facilitate client meetings and confidently deliver public presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 7+ years of experience in transportation/highway design.
• Familiarity with AASHTO and DOT design manuals, standards, and procedures.
• Proven experience managing transportation projects for municipalities and DOT clients.
