As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage and deliver complex IT projects involving multiple teams and work streams, coordinated to an aggressive delivery schedule. You will serve as the technical project management point of contact between the Client and potential vendors, communicate technical aspects of procurement and investment planning, and ensure adherence to Client project management practices and governance requirements. The role involves extensive coordination with Client IT management, the development of Microsoft Project Plans, and the execution of project deliverables, while maintaining project budgets, tasks, schedules, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects with multiple teams, coordinating to meet aggressive delivery schedules.
- Serve as the project management point of contact between the Client and potential vendors.
- Communicate and coordinate technical aspects of procurement and investment planning.
- Develop and execute procurement documents adhering to Client standards.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance in developing Statements of Work, Requests for Information, and Contracts.
- Ensure alignment with Client project management practices and governance requirements.
- Develop and maintain project management documentation, including budget, plans, tasks, schedules, risks, and status.
- Communicate project timelines, expectations, and status updates to technical and business staff.
- Develop and implement effective project communication plans.
- Ensure alignment of project plans with approved business requirements and architectural solutions.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Strong financial acumen with experience in creating project and procurement budgets, cashflow strategies, and capital expenditure planning (10+ Years).
- Experience performing project, vendor, and product risk assessments, and developing contingency strategies (10+ Years).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale procurement projects in a technology setting (10+ Years).
- Ability to analyse and translate business requirements into system specifications in a procurement context.
- Understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI or Client-certified Project Management certification.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and servant leadership values.
- Training or education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is desired.
- Progressively responsible experience in system analysis, design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
