Senior Project Manager - Land Development - PTS Advance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience for our LA office.

As a Senior Project Manager, you:

• Represent firm in client meetings, determine scope of work, prepare fees, conduct site investigations, establish schedule, prepare and finalize proposals.
• Achieve success of profit center through management of and participation in team design, production, quality, training and employee performance.
• Contribute to region and company decision making and growth planning via regular meetings.
• Provide positive leadership to the region and the company.
• Possess a PE license and will manage up to two Project Managers and directly supervise up to four non-supervisory employees.

Other responsibilities include:

• Assist in business development for prospective clients.
• Supervise plan preparation, technical reports, cost estimates, and other client deliverables.
• Track project budgets, provide billing instructions and change order requests, prepare invoices, and negotiate and finalize back charges.
