Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC is seeking a smart and self-motivated Project Manager with the ability to take on and overcome challenges in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage a development team and deliver IT solutions following the Agile methodology.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Run daily standup meetings, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective meetings.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, convert requirements to user stories and plan sprints to deliver solutions on time.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
- Develop best practices for project execution and management.
- Assist with System Requirement Specifications, System Design Documentation and Test Planning.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Due to customer requirements, candidates must be a US Citizen or Green Card (permanent resident). We can not offer sponsorship for this role.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management, business process, and software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field or comparable experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- 10 years of project management, business process and software engineering experience.
- Expert in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience identifying and implementing Project Management and Agile best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects using SCRUM.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project; PPM tool(s)
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Scrum Master Certification.
- Working knowledge of Jira.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Consistent success in leading teams to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Outstanding time management and organization skills.
- Thorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills. Should be able to conduct presentations, product briefings and training sessions.
