Essential Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute strategic project plans in alignment with organizational objectives and priorities. 

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints. 

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. 

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, leveraging best practices, methodologies, and tools. 

• Serve as a key liaison between project stakeholders, executive leadership, and external partners, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and driving alignment. 

• Monitor project performance and key metrics, identifying risks, issues, and opportunities, and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities. 

• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations on project status, risks, and recommendations, and advocate for resource allocation and prioritization. 

• Lead organizational change management efforts related to project initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and integration of new processes, systems, and technologies. 

Other Duties: 

• Facilitate project meetings and workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders. 

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of project management best practices, methodologies, and tools. 

• Partner with senior leadership to define project priorities, allocate resources, and manage project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational goals. 

• Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization, driving positive change and enhancing organizational effectiveness. 

• Mentor and coach junior project managers and project team members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities. 

• Represent the organization externally as a subject matter expert in project management, participating in industry events, conferences, and forums, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

• Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering value. 

Education and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 

• 8+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale, strategic projects. 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred. 

Compensation: Base range of $102 - 129k, DOE with bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits.
