Supports the procurement of goods and services across CoBank. Responsible for supporting all tactical procurement functions including, but not limited to, purchase order processing and expediting, p-card order placements and reconciliation, and report generation via procurement reporting systems. Administers the Corporate Procurement and Travel & Entertainment program, and provides support to CoBank associates on all purchasing processes. Assists in resolving vendor queries and order issues.
Essential Functions:1. Responsible for processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring compliance to CoBank’s policies relative to approvals and Vendor Management.
2. Processes invoices for categories under the management of the Vendor Management team, ensuring contractual billing terms and conditions are met.
3. Serves as the point of contact for various vendors that are managed by the Vendor Management organization including, but not limited to, travel vendors, office supplies and other administrative and facility services. Answer inquiries from vendors and associates, and assists in issue resolution.
4. Advises CoBank associates on purchasing processes and policies. Provides supports and addresses inquiries from internal customers and external vendors.
5. Works with the legal group to ensure the timely processing, review, execution, and tracking of legal agreements including, but not limited to, order forms, licensing, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements.
6. Supports the vendor due diligence process by coordinating the gathering of questionnaires and supporting documents for use in the vendor review process.
7. Administers corporate automobile fleet programs. Serves as point of contact for new purchases and resale of retired fleet vehicles, working in partnership with Farm Credit Leasing and CoBank Finance.
8. Administers corporate credit cards program in accordance with CoBank policies, directives and procedures.
9. Administers multiple internet vendor ordering systems for office supplies, printing, and the company store (promotional items). Serves as a central resource for access rights, training, support, and invoice processing, as appropriate.
10. Serve as point of contact for the CoBank travel program vendor. Maintains associate travel profiles in Concur, addresses questions and resolves issues.
11. Serve as the point of contact for the promotional gift vendor, and administers the online company store.
12. Manages the vendor mailbox and ensures that all communications from vendors and CoBank associates are responded to promptly.
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4 years experience in sourcing, purchasing, request for proposal (RFP) processes, supplier management and/or procurement processes required

About CoBank:The typical base pay range for this role is between $83,407 - $105,239. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. The listed salary, other compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
