Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and enhance market share.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management, providing insights on sales performance and market dynamics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on promotions, product launches, and branding efforts.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of sales experience in the liquor or beverage industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
