About the Job
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by cross-selling and upselling relevant banking products and services.
Financial Advisory:
- Conduct financial assessments for clients to understand their financial health and provide appropriate advice on banking products, investments, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as wealth management and business banking, to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Business Development:
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank's portfolio, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.
Risk Management:
- Evaluate and manage credit risk associated with client relationships by conducting thorough credit analysis and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on the bank's products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on various banking products and services.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about changes in banking regulations and industry practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment options, and banking services.
