Office Location: Onalaska, WI
Position Location: Remote, hybrid, or onsite
Compensation Structure: Base + monthly sales commission
Total Compensation: $140,000-$190,000
Purpose & Summary: Dynamic is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our Corporate or Channel teams within the ITAD Business Unit. In this critical role, you will leverage your deep industry knowledge and extensive network to spearhead business opportunities across diverse sectors. Your contributions will play a key role in sustainably managing the disposition of tech assets, supporting the circular economy, and preventing electronics from entering landfills.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge sales strategies to attract and retain key accounts, including Fortune 500 companies, VARs, and major institutions such as hospitals and universities.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and aligning them with Dynamic's commitment to environmental stewardship and exceptional customer service.
- Mentor and lead junior sales professionals, enhancing the team's overall performance and cohesion.
- Employ CRM and data analysis tools effectively to monitor sales progress and market trends, ensuring that sales initiatives are data-driven and aligned with corporate strategies.
- Regularly engage in industry events and forums, establishing a strong external presence as a thought leader in the ITAD and recycling sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage directly with clients and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and fostering strong customer relationships for sustained business growth.
Required Education & Experience:
- At least five years of experience in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Prior experience in IT asset disposition, electronics recycling, or a related field is highly valued.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, or Communications is preferred, though extensive professional experience in sales may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
Skills & Abilities:
- CRM Utilization: Skilled in the use of CRM systems to optimize sales processes and customer management.
- Proposal Development: Experienced in crafting compelling proposals that resonate with target audiences.
- Understanding of Business Structures and Processes: Well-versed in common business practices, especially in the areas of recovery, recycling, and commercial sales.
- Margin Development/Management and Market Analysis: Proficient in conducting market analysis and managing profit margins to ensure business profitability.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge in the ITAD industry.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Superior written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills.
- Prospecting and Relationship Management: Effective at prospecting new clients and expanding business relationships.
- Professional Business Acumen and Computer Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with proficiency in modern office software.
- Personal Attributes: Ultra-competitive, ethical, opportunistic, resilient, and self-motivated with a proven ability to overcome objections and close deals.
- Leadership and Adaptability: Capable of mentoring peers and adapting to changing market conditions with innovative strategies.
