Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting aspects relating to sales representatives performance.
Implementing and executing the sales operations processes.
Utilizing sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for territory alignment and quotas to assist lead and manager, sales operations partners.
Serving as a liaison between the assigned business unit to sales enablement, sales compensation and information systems function on sales and data management matters.
Executing the analysis of internal and external data sources to support sales strategies and programs.
Assisting in the creation of cost of sales analysis and sales compensation documents.
Improving and evolving processes, metrics and job duties to improve efficiency, accuracy and sales growth.
Reviewing, assessing, and processing territory alignment changes through partnerships with billings team.
Contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization
Assisting both finance and sales management teams with ad hoc analysis on sales rep performance and other sales information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Access.
Experience with Cognos, Varicent, JDE, Microsoft PowerBI a plus.
Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes.
