Title: Senior Sales Representative - Pharmacy Disposables
Territory: Based in Chicago, covering IL/WI/MN/MI/IN/ half of KY
Company: Industry leader and innovator in non-chemical, medical grade sanitation products used in the pharmacy settings.
Description:
- Open due to promotion and direct supervisor originally built this territory from scratch, transition and introduction to existing accounts will be seamless.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of core products and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell value based product solutions to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
- Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports revenue and profit targets.
- Optimize business development plan by maximizing time in the field and overall efficiency through development of leads.
- Meet regularly with distributor representatives in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.
- Continuously expand customer understanding and product solutions and capabilities.
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with manufacturer representatives and their existing and new customers.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with internal and external partners and is available and responsive to their customer’s real-time needs.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other professional meetings to promote company product solutions and brand.
- Submit timely and periodic activity (CRM) and expense reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience managing $7-10M territory.
- 3+ years stable sales career in B2B, Medical, or hunter Pharma.
- Experience managing a multi-state territory/region.
- Must be able to travel 50-75% of the time within territory, you schedule around your availability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, while also partnering with team members remotely
Compensation: 90-100k base salary depending on experience, + $30-55K annual bonus based performance to reach 120-155k total income 1st year. Company Car or Allowance, full benefits, expenses, 401k + matching, 4 weeks PTO first year, YOY salary increase.
