About the Job
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 8 years of experience in network and security product management, cloud architecture, solutions architecture or related roles.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience in data center, campus, branch network design.
- Experience in mobile architecture from RAN to packet core, end-to-end 5G architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

Responsibilities
- Advise customers to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Gather customer insights and feedback.
- Define solution requirements based on customer discussions and business needs.
- Conduct design workshops, and author solution design guides, reference architectures and blueprints.
- Support and partner with the larger field technical community.
- Provide training to the sales team, partners and customers on best practices on network designs.
