Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an accountant to join our client's dynamic team of professionals at their Waltham, Massachusetts office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and tax, with the ability to provide exceptional client service while working on a variety of accounting and tax-related projects. Key Responsibilities:
1.Tax Compliance: Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
2.Accounting Services: Assist with financial statement preparation, bookkeeping, and accounting services for a diverse client base.
3.Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their inquiries and providing financial advice and guidance as necessary.
4.Tax Planning: Assist in tax planning and strategy development to optimize clients' tax positions and financial well-being.
5.Research: Stay current on tax laws and regulations, conduct research, and provide recommendations to clients based on changing tax codes.
6.Audit Support: Collaborate with audit teams on various financial audits, including data analysis and reconciliation.
7.Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide integrated financial solutions and ensure client needs are met efficiently.
8.Professional Development: Stay updated on industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance expertise and skills.
