Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, or trusts, depending on your specialization.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to optimize client tax outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with current tax laws and advise clients on changes.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals.
- Manage client engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Review and approve tax documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct tax research and provide expertise on complex issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree in Taxation or a related field is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience.
- Experience working with clients in any of the following industries: Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, Professional Services, Non-profit, or Small & Local Governments (Cities, Counties, or School Districts)
