Position Overview:& &

The Senior Technical Consultant is a SyteLine developer with over 5 years of experience, specializing in providing billable services to clients to support their SyteLine systems. In addition to expertise in SyteLine, the consultant may offer other development or technical services as required. This role requires extensive experience, with over 15 years in customizing SyteLine ERP, INFOR CSI, and integrating with cloud technologies such as .NET, AWS, or similar platforms. While coding may be necessary, strong skills in Syteline or INFOR development and customization, with over 10 years of experience, are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:& &

- Deliver a range of services to clients, including requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development to address business issues.

- Document specifications, estimate project scope and costs, and manage development, testing, debugging, and project delivery.

- Understand and define customer requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:&

- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services.

- Experience in manufacturing environments.

- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Demonstrated customer service orientation and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being proactive in seeking assistance when needed.

- High levels of energy and persistence.

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in work.

Education and Experience:&

- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.

- Ability to travel up to 25%, with variations depending on business needs. Travel may be necessary for onsite customer work, internal meetings, customer meetings, and sales support. The mode of travel will be determined based on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- A valid driver's license is required.
