About Us: ZipLiens is a leading lien resolution company specializing in streamlining the lien resolution process for personal injury law firms. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lien Resolution Analyst to join our team.
Job Description: The technical project manager will be responsible for prioritizing, tracking, and reporting on software projects within the company. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, make project plans, coordinate the development team, and ensure successful delivery of new software features. In addition, this role will be responsible for setting up a process to effectively funnel requests from internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to help stakeholders explain and prioritize each request.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings related to technology across departments to gather requirements and rank priorities
- Work with tech leadership to organize and align requests with business interests
- Take ownership of the priorities and schedule to ensure timely feature delivery
- Perform all agile/scrum related ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, feature demos)
- Report on team velocity and metrics
- Report error and monitoring metrics
- Report support process metrics (response times, common requests, etc.)
- Write and disseminate release notes
- Build and maintain an internal and external support process
- Configure and manage support software
- Make adjustments to the overall process to incorporate new departments, client types, or request types
- Assess and prioritize support requests that reach the development team
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical project management or related role
- Experience working with a software development team actively building greenfield applications.
- Experience working with a technical support team
- JIRA experience
- Travel 0%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with data and development teams in subrogation or health care claims
- Bachelor’s degree
