What you will do: 

• Provide technicalexpertiseand counsel to ensure architectural fit, global consistency, and continuous improvement of IT systems. 

• Oversee infrastructure areas such as crisis management, PC/desktop support, network (LAN/WAN) communications, data centers, and security. 

• Manage lifecycle management of IT infrastructure equipment and ensure proactive monitoring to prevent issues. 

• Collaborate with business teams and IT Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 

• Implement strategic system initiatives andmaintain/enhance existing systems. 

• Manage technical resources, vendors, and projects, adhering to project management best practices.

What you will need: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor a related field. 

• 7+ years of relevant technical experience. 

• Proven leadership or people management experience.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Provenexpertisein technical areas, including systems management, implementation, and process improvement. 

• Experience in managing projects and vendors, with knowledge of project management best practices. 

• Familiarity with work/incident management processes, with hands-on experience in resolving technical issues. 

• Proficiencyin Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline creation. 

• Strong programming skills in.Net(C#)(5-10+ years) andSQL(5+ years). 

• Basic experience withJavaandVisual Basic.
