Job Description
The Dining Room Assistant/Busser role is dedicated to providing quality service that exceeds Guest expectations work to create guests for life, by proactively embracing service standards, adhering to safety regulations and gaining the knowledge to assist guests with any and all needs.
Responsibilities
- Clearing, cleaning, and re-setting tables to standard
- Running food to tables
- Running non-alcoholic Beverages to tables
- Filling water glasses
- Polishing glasses and silverware
- Maintaining and re-stocking Roll-ups
- Maintaining hygiene and sanitation statards in FOH
- Set-up and breakdown of expo station
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all coffee equipment
- Picking up any dirty china, glass, silver from guest floor corridors and landings and transporting to stewarding to clean
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant service preferred.
- Must be able to lift, Carry, and Place up to 50 pounds.
- Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8 hours.
- Excellent communication & guest service skills.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays.
