Job Summary:

By joining the F&B team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. Job Specifications:
+ Starting Wage: $9.30 - $10.81 / hour + tips
+ If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips
+ Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time Hours Available
+ Skill Level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
+ Make connections with guests and co-workers
+ Share our passion for the mountains during service
+ Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
+ Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
+ Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
+ Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
+ Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
+ Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
+ We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
+ Desire to learn and grow
+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English
+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
