• To excel as a Full Time Server at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience in the field.
• A valid Food Handler's Permit or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire is a must, based on state requirements.
• Flexibility is key, as you should be available for weekend coverage and on-call shifts as needed.
• Your enthusiasm for customer service, strong communication skills, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will set you up for success in this role.
