Job Summary:

As a service advisor assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the Service Advisor and provide outstanding customer service every day!

Qualifications:

• High energy
• Experience in retail sales / customer service a plus
• Valid driver's license & a safe driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Service Advisor & Customers by building and maintaining customer relationships
- Commitment to learning the fixed operations functions of the automotive industry
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
