Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming service experience by understanding their automotive needs and offering tailored recommendations.
Service Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless service process for each customer.
Estimate Preparation: Provide accurate service estimates by consulting with technicians and communicating clearly with customers.
Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the service team and customers, ensuring that all parties have the necessary information.
Sales Enhancement: Promote additional automotive services and products to customers based on their individual needs and preferences.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards, meeting both company and customer expectations.
Record Management: Maintain detailed records of services rendered and customer interactions to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive service and repair is a plus, though not mandatory.
