Service Advisor - Car-Doc Automotive

Responsibilities:

• Focused customer interaction and satisfaction
• Maximize efficiency, revenue, and productivity
• Support service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments
• Review inspection reports from technicians and manage technician time
• Reliable and consistent in attendance and professional communication with all customers and associates
• Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress/status of their vehicle

Role is integral to all aspects of the store business and ideas, thoughts, and suggestions will be heard. We look forward to hearing from you!

Required

• Service Advisor/Writer experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
