We are seeking a Service Desk Specialist – PACS to:
- Offer high quality customer service
- Initiate tickets, triage and resolve issues
- Work closing with radiology staff.
Education:
Minimum – Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
Preferred – Bachelors or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Two (2) years relevant experience (Service Desk/Desktop Support/Information Technology Systems related experience)
Preferred – Experience in a health care setting
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – None
Preferred – Help Desk Institute (HDI) Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Boot Camp, ITIL Foundation certification
