Position Summary: As a Service Dispatcher, you will be the first point of contact for scheduling HVAC service requests. Your responsibilities include coordinating technicians, managing the service schedule, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will directly impact our ability to provide top-quality heating and cooling solutions to our residential customers.

Pay Range: $20.50 - $30 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC or related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with scheduling software or CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
