As a Service Engineer with RMA process and internal technician support focus, you will work to expedite the repair process on batteries returned to the Kokomo Green Cubes Technology facility for repair/adjustments. Many batteries, depending on age, use, and ultimately end user throughput, can develop miscellaneous faults and conditions that require repair actions such as cell pack replacement, cell pack balancing, overall capacity testing/verification, bus bar repair and layout modification, CAN communication failures, etc. You will work with the assets experiencing the fault the moment it arrives and access the condition, root case, and develop the repair plan for the asset in question.
