Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of skilled technicians, ensuring high morale and excellent performance.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your extensive background in harvesting equipment to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of agricultural machinery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.

- Training and Development: Mentor and train technicians, keeping them updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience working with harvesting equipment, including combines, balers, and other related machinery.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent diagnostic skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repair.
- Customer Focus: A dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural equipment service and repair.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
