Are you a seasoned Service Manager with a passion for the Class 8 Heavy Truck industry? We are seeking a talented individual with dealership experience to join our team and lead our service department to new heights.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the Class 8 Heavy Truck industry, preferably with dealership background.
- Proven track record in service management, including P&L management, work order oversight, personnel management, and exceptional customer service.
- Strong technical proficiency in Class 8 trucks, including comprehensive understanding of truck engines, vital components, and repair processes.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 (based on qualifications and experience), supplemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
