Exciting opportunity in the Cinco Ranch area for a Service Manager role: Onsite maintenance of apartments homes. Organize and schedule apartment make readies, handle preventative maintenance and complete service requests.  Must have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, pools and good general knowledge of apartment home operations.  Ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented and offers great customer service.  We maintain our properties at a very high-quality level.
