Responsibilities of the Service Manager will include:
- Utilize commercial/industrial experience to maintain and repair building mechanical equipment such as boilers, burners, controls, chillers, air handlers, and piping systems.
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and efficiently address customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate reliability and honesty in all aspects of work, fostering trust and confidence among colleagues and clients.
- Embrace a customer-focused approach, striving to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications of the Service Manager:
- Knowledge of boilers, burners, mechanical room design, layout, and purpose.
- Engineering background preferred, especially in commercial/industrial boilers and boiler room accessories.
- Experience with boilers and commercial mechanical rooms, including identifying potential customers, generating targeted proposals, managing estimates, and servicing existing customers.
- Ability to interpret and apply applicable codes and standards.
- Highly organized with strong scheduling and logistics skills.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Computer literate, proficient with the Microsoft platform.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent technical and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable multitasking and setting work priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $80,000 to $100,000.
