Service Manager - Spherion

About the Job
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and annual salary is starting at $70,000/yr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company requirements, observing all functions are completed on time and within budget
- Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve performance of regional service installation technicians
- Collaborate with management to achieve regional labor sales goals
- Oversee the professional training of service technicians
- Scheduling for services
- Coordinate/conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all service personnel
- Ensure high customer service satisfaction rates
- Approve payroll, making sure technicians are meeting attendance requirements
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Computer, networking, troubleshooting experience

Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in business or biomed technology
- Experience in a service industry
- Extensive experience supervising
- Experience with field repair in a medical environment
- Prior work experience with scheduling and payroll approval
