About the Job
GPAC is a national executive search firm that has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Service Sales Project Manager. This client specializes in HVAC, Piping and Plumbing systems and is looking for a qualified candidate to join their service department in the market. Ideal candidate for the Service Sales Project Manager position will have 5+ years of experience in an HVAC sales, sales management, or sales leadership role. This candidate should exhibit strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills as well as the ability to thrive in an adaptive and collaborative environment.
Primary qualifications for the Service Sales Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of proven track record in sales, preferably within the mechanical contracting industry
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and plumbing is essential.
- Strong ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional leadership and management capabilities to lead and motive the sales team.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and etc.)
