We are seeking to hire an experienced service roofing professional to join our Service
Department. The ideal candidate is proactive and adaptable, comfortable working both in the
office and out in the field, with the ability to travel as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Oversee daily operations of service projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
● Coordinate and supervise roofing service crews, including scheduling and resource
allocation.
● Maintain communication with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
● Conduct regular inspections of work performed and ensure compliance with safety
regulations.
● Collaborate with project managers and estimators to prepare job plans and scopes of
work.
● Provide training and mentorship to service crew members on roofing techniques and
safety protocols.
● Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment; order supplies as needed.
● Prepare and maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and work
orders.
● Implement and uphold company safety standards and procedures at all job sites.
● Assist and support roofing crews in the field as needed, performing hands-on roofing
tasks.
● Maintaining a strong focus on maximizing profitability for the department by identifying
cost-saving opportunities, optimizing resources, and implementing budget cuts where
necessary

- Education And Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management or related field
- preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry, with at least 2
- years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- 70k-75K
