Service Technician SIGNING BONUS of $2,250 - Reading Truck

About the Job
Service Technicians work under the direction of the Shop Supervisor to complete service repairs/ maintenance and warranty issues for specialty truck equipment such as dump bodies, crane bodies, bumper cranes, trailers etc.
The Nuts and Bolts
Complete repair, maintenance, welding and fabrication on returned customer equipment at shop as needed
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
Develop standardized repair procedures to be applied to duplicate warranty issues
Required Credentials
Prior experience with mechanical and hydraulic repair
Excellent customer service skills
Welding and 12-volt electrical experience preferred
Must have his/her own tools
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE:
Automotive repair shop atmosphere
Ability to work in uncontrolled weather conditions (Heat/Cold)
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
Frequent bending, standing, crouching, walking, use of hands & arms
Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE)
