Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with expertise in both Business Analysis and ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a proven ability to deliver solutions that align with business needs while fully leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. As a Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow, the successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical requirements for the ServiceNow platform. The individual will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the platform aligns with business needs and contributes to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Document and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow development team to ensure the platform meets the organization's business objectives.
- Assist with process improvements and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct testing, training, and support for ServiceNow functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in creating detailed documentation, including process maps and technical specifications.
- ServiceNow certification (preferred but not required).
