Job Title: Delivery Architect - ServiceNow Developer
Location: Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA areas. This is a hybrid position. You need to go into the office 2x to 3x a week. However, this is a flexible position and you can determine which days you go to the office. You need to be available to travel to clients potentially up to 25% of the time. Job Description:
This is a Service Mapping / ITOM Developer role. You must have proven experience in developing Service Maps. And, preferred experience in developing and mentoring junior developers.
In collaboration with Service Integration and Management consultants, will assist clients in the implementation of Service Management practices based on Capgemini and industry standards.
Responsible for demonstrating IT Service Management and other IT Practices to optimize, transform, and ensure IT Organizations are compliant, efficient, and effective using the ServiceNow platform.
Assists ServiceNow System Administrators, SI Process Consultants and Business Analysts with incident resolution, as needed.
•Co-Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services
•Assists ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort
•Provides mentoring and guidance for ServiceNow System Administrators
•Leads layered business requirements and works to completion
What You Bring:
Required:
•Experience in the sophisticated administering of ServiceNow Platform
•ITOM and Service Mapping Development
•Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
•Scripting – JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly
•Understanding Agile and SCRUM
•Ability to work with a remote team, requiring validated written and spoken skills via phone and email (writing skills)
•Validated attention to detail
•Knowledge and work experience in JavaScript/ Angular/ AngularJS
Desired:
•Confirmed experience in JavaScript coding (optional)
