This role involved end-to-end project management, from planning and development to execution and client relationship management.What You’ll Do Lead senior business stakeholders through ServiceNow transformation activities, beginning with discovery through the delivery of business value designed at streamlining business processes to achieve optimal performance Advise customers on service delivery models, SaaS solutions, customer service and case management systems, usage of AI-powered platforms, leveraging workforce and support analytics, employee relations, and related toolsets Establish user journeys and creation of user stories to support the design and configuration of Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities Form strong relationships with clients and project teams that contribute to successful outcomes and growth Work with client stakeholders such as HR leaders, developers and IT teams to document baseline, current state HR Service Delivery operations, and future goals Develop roadmaps for HR service delivery, expanding capabilities and adoption Make recommendations to clients for long term ownership and support for ServiceNow solutionsAbility to maintain and stay current with monthly enhancements and changing client prioritiesAct as the liaison with clients with the end users and delivery solutions teamsDesign the technical blueprints for how to meet client’s enterprise goalsReview technical solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements using the most efficient methods that leverage ServiceNow best practices and standards.Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about data modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc25% travelWhat You’ll Bring Experience with ServiceNowA background in HR processes and best practicesA background with HRIS, and familiarity with common HRIS systems, such as Workday a plusAbility to work successfully across both business and technical stakeholders to drive design and decisions on requirements Experience leading solution and design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting Experience as a relationship manager and stakeholder managementExperience contributing to the development of delivery tools and resources, thought leadership, and client offerings through personal experience and perspective Ability to provide hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate An understanding of HR processes, delivery models, and organizational structures Experience with agile methodologies About UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company

For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000
For this position at the Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $258,000
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors
