ServiceNow Workflow Analyst
Job Description:
- Office of Information Management is looking for a ServiceNow Talent to support the ongoing maintenance and integration efforts of the ServiceNow environment.
- Primary focus will be working within the Enterprise Global IT Asset Management and Architecture team building out workflows in ITAM and APM that are interconnected.
- Codes, tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate to high complexity Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems.
- A top-level technical contributor in highly specialized phases of applications system architecture with strong technical (applications based) knowledge.
- Work with multiple business owners to move forward development and enhancements around workflows in ServiceNow.
- Design and develop moderately complex scripts, workflows and integrations to create custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Engage with customers to understand and document requirements.
- Participate and contribute to design and code reviews.
Preferred Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications):
- ServiceNow workflow development in both ITAM and APM
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain documentation, manage change management processes and ensure policies & procedures are being followed, maintain backlog, etc.
- 3+ years experience in similar role working with ServiceNow
Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to computer science, information technology or related fields
- A background in IT service management software, particularly ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow certification
